My role is to project manage RMI’s consultancy work with WHSmith High Street. I work with a number of talented teams, communicate effectively with all stakeholders and ensure that everyone is aware of our project goals and making sure that they are attainable. I coordinate, manage, and nurture the relationship between our client and the RMI team. I work with my team to implement exciting new retail media opportunities that are focused on the retail sector, suppliers and shoppers taking care that everyone’s needs are met.

The day I joined RMI team was the day RMI embarked on a new project with one of our clients. It was thrilling to see how the team inspired and motivated each other to think creatively and with an open mind to keep improving the way we work, while also connecting further with suppliers and customers in an authentic way. 

I really enjoy working together with, and communicating across, different teams of people with various skills and abilities, where we can learn from each other and collaborate towards a common goal. I enjoy the process of putting a plan into action and completing it successfully. 

Since joining RMI I been reminded how much I enjoy being part of a dynamic and inspiring team where everyone is friendly and ready to collaborate. Working in a creative and productive team truly expands the achievements we can reach.
