My remit is to ensure our business offers the best service to our clients, which I believe comes from focusing on continually getting the best from our team.  I listen to recommendations brought forward and take us in the direction that we’ve set our sights on, ensuring we make room to learn and enjoy ourselves during every step of our journey.

The true power of team.  The self-realisation that I am only ever a small part of a growing organism which is able to achieve great things because everyone is running in the same direction, supporting each other.

For my entire career, I’ve adopted the ethos that leadership is by example and that respect from others has to be earned.  If any of that effort has rubbed off on my colleagues past and present, then that would make me proud.

Loving the data!  I have a passion for detail and there’s never a day goes by that doesn’t teach me something I didn’t know, I didn’t know – I find it very inspiring.
