What fascinates me about work?
Shopper behavior fascinates me, and I have a deep understanding of how shoppers engage at the point of purchase. My extensive experience at Unilever, and Superdrug, has included range assortment, space planning, shopper marketing strategy, shopper and spatial psychology and research, and enabling tools and technology such as virtual reality, augmented reality and audience measurement.
I’m also a non-executive director of POPAI UK and Ireland, the global POP industry association, promoting best practice, dedicated to enhancing the total shopper experience.
What is your favourite hobby?
It's football and cricket, (I’ve just taking up the role of chairman of our local football club). During lockdown I have spent a lot of time working on the house, rediscovering a love of DIY!
