My role has always been to nurture a team of talented individuals into being the best they can be. We all share a common passion for Retail Media, which has given us a collective opportunity to spend time helping (and in the company of) some of the greatest minds within the Retail and Brand World. I’m naturally curious and passionate about changing conversations, questioning the status-quo and being commercially challenging; I embrace change, I enjoy generating growth and I value the commitment and hard work of others.
Favourite shopper marketing campaign?
Nobody forgets their first time - I have to take my hat off to Wrigley’s who were kind enough to believe in a small start-up, they were our inaugural company who signed with RMI! (And yes, it drove sales!)
Most inspirational moment at RMI?
Having spent a lot of time in the USA developing our International operations, I was invited to a residential Retail Seminar at Boston’s infamous MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology). The sheer scale of their vision and the depth of their ideas was something truly awesome to witness.
What I enjoy most about my role?
I get genuine pleasure from seeing the people in the team who come to the board with an idea they've had, and then spending time with them to help figure out how to make it happen; I'm lucky to get to share in their sense of achievement.
What is your favourite hobby?
It's tennis!
