I ensure that our clients’ campaigns run smoothly, keeping that all-important-eye on ensuring deadlines are always met. This role has already exposed me to areas of the industry that I’ve not seen before, increasing my experience, improving my knowledge and allowing me to enhance other skillsets which have helped to make me a valued team-player over a relatively short timescale.

Working alongside some of the industry’s most experienced players; I also love building rapport with our clients, being exposed to a wealth of exciting and effective commercial marketing executions – no two days are ever the same here…

I’ve surprised myself about how much more organised I have become since working alongside my RMI colleagues; this is clearly helping me, and those around me, to get the most out of every day.

It really feels like I’ve taken a leap up my career ladder; I can really see how my progress is already ticking off personal and professional goals.  Each day, I gain deeper and deeper insights into an industry which I’m passionate about -  and being empowered to put this into practise, which is in turn exposing me to new opportunities which I look forward to unlocking over the coming year.
