My role is to ensure that all of the artwork that my department deals with is managed efficiently. I work closely with my team and the creative team to clearly communicate any supplier requests. Once the campaign is completed, I follow up with the suppliers to ensure that they were satisfied with our work. 

One thing I have learned about myself is that I am fairly tech savvy, especially regarding the understanding the different programmes and types of systems we all use daily. I believe this is only the start in terms of increasing the scope of my knowledge about all of the various programmes and systems that are out there.

The thing that I enjoy most about my role is the fact that I can work with so many different clients and colleagues on a day-to-day basis. The friendly, welcoming personalities of everyone on the RMI team helped me determine that regardless of how a day is going, there will always be a consistent level of support and togetherness that will allow us to achieve our daily tasks and objectives. 

I would say that being able to consistently communicate with so many different branches within RMI, as well as other companies that work in collaboration, has been really enlightening and has made me more confident and sociable, especially in fresh and unfamiliar environments.
