I sit as a bridge for the teams at RMI and WHSmith, ensuring that all commercial and operational functions work and come together seamlessly. Within the role, I deliver the best outcomes for all stakeholders involved. Speaking with various departments, buyers and suppliers internally and externally, using my communication and negotiation skills to deliver the best results for all concerned.

My job fulfilment comes from bringing genuine value to everyone we work with and helping them achieve their set-out objectives. I find through having a holistic approach to project mapping, it brings everyone together on clear, set goals that can make a large project feel much less strenuous and often rewarding.

I have learnt I can juggle multiple things at once in a diligent manner. No one day is ever the same and the everchanging landscape of advertising with how it comes together for all parties involved will be something I never get tired of.

Having the honour to work for such a big player in the digital marketing space as RMI, it has given me the platform to speak with various household names and suppliers alike. Having that exposure has helped me adapt to all the verticals that the businesses we work with are trying to mould their brand to. There is always a niche we can help exploit and provide the best insight/feedback on to drive incremental results.
