I oversee all the creative output at RMI, providing the graphics and strategic ideas through creative visuals to help advance sales effectiveness for our media sales managers. Working closely with our implementation colleagues, I plan and deliver the design of a wide variety media touchpoints including social, POS and fully animated digital content. I also maintain our growing inventory of comprehensive production documentation such as Brand guidelines, Media toolkits and Campaign reports for all our media hosts. I’ve been allowed to do the very things I enjoy - creating things, solving problems, and thinking progressively.
Most inspirational thing about working with rmi?
Hearing positive feedback on the quality of my work is always very inspirational to me, seeing designs I’ve produced up in stores and online for customers to see is very exciting.
Favourite shopper marketing campaign?
The recent Back to School campaign I created for Co-operative Media was very enjoyable.
The thing I have learned about myself since joining RMI?
Having worked in design teams big and small, at RMI, I’ve learnt that I can grow and adapt to working as principle designer; also, I now understand how key it is to engender good communication, organisation and priority setting across multiple design requests.
What is your favourite hobby?
It's photography and playing the guitar!
