Engaging the team in a series of bitesize training sessions for development and support and getting their positive feedback, and witnessing them using the skill sin their day to day tasks. Such things as Pro-active time management, Resilience, Motivation, Planning and Reviews.

Working with RMI Ltd over the years has allowed me to use all the tricks in my HR toolkit - from recruitment, on boarding, development of the team/individuals, to change management and coaching. I love this variety and feeling part of the team.
