  • How do you take my campaign briefs?

    You can either contact your Account Manager directly, or simply visit any of our partner micro-sites (see Home page) and Request a proposal.  We'll fully absorb your requirements and ensure we qualify all your needs prior to proposing a recommendation.

  • Will our negotiations be separate to my trade relationship with the Retailers?

    Yes.  One of the key benefits of working with rmi is that you can keep trade negotiations entirely separate from your incremental media investments.  This ensures you can focus on being candid about how you optimise your own interests from your branded campaigns.  When it comes to Co-branded activities or Event support, we'll work seamlessly alongside you and your Trade contacts to deliver your joint goals.

  • What are your booking deadlines?

    Clearly, these vary across our different partners; as a rule of thumb, we tend to work on average 6-8 weeks out from go-live date.  Typically, there’s a longer lead time on non-digital touchpoints, (which are subject to legal / nutritional sign-off, etc).  

    Each of our dedicated client micro-sites (see our Home Page) contain a login area - it’s easy and quick to register.  Once logged in, you can download our latest Ratecards, Media Toolkits, Specification sheets, Depot delivery details, Promotional calendars, etc – as well as accessing all your previous bookings in one easy-to-use portal.

  • Do you have the capabilities to create artwork for campaigns?

    Yes, (and at speed!).  We have dedicated full-time Graphic Design specialists as well as access to a wide network of pre-qualified freelancers.  We regularly manipulate core-look artwork to fit with our comprehensive portfolio of touchpoints, but also excellent at producing entire campaign artwork from scratch.

  • Do we receive a compliance report for rmi campaigns?

    We pride ourselves on the best implementation record in the industry, exceeding 92%, on average.  

    We actively encourage you to challenge other Agencies and Retailers to demonstrate they're achieving the same levels.

    Our insights reports confirm overall compliance levels from reliable third-party sources (ie: for online and offline touchpoints).
    We also generate 000's of proof of execution images each cycle across our network.  Periodically, we conduct a 'Day on the road' with our incumbent suppliers to monitor quality control:

  • Are we invoiced by rmi or the retailer?

    Any campaigns negotiated through rmi will be delivered and invoiced by us.  As we've been trading for such a long time, it's highly likely we're already set up on your accounts systems, (which we can  quickly check on your behalf).  Our standard payment terms are 60 days from the day your campaign launches, which typically means you'll be in receipt of your insights report shortly after payment.

  • When will I receive my insights report?

    There's no waiting around for rmi clients.  We understand that you need information as fast as possible to empower your future decisions.  We pride ourselves on delivering your Insight Reports as swiftly as possible.
    Typically, we'll prepare and deliver your report 3-4 weeks after the end of each campaign so that you're able to observe the residual effects of your activations post-campaign.  Many of our clients request a series of on-going insights whilst in-flight, so that changes can be applied to the structure of their campaign to optimise their key objectives.
